An axiom I formed as a youth, and has served me well ever since, has again come in handy as a tool for plowing right through so muich of the PC traps and self-delusions, or self-serving confirmations of outright lies now being passed off a standard history by those with a past they would prefer remains clouded in someones elses myth-making of fast-moving times we all now prefer be Disney-perfect for the children since no one is left to make amswer for what really might have gobe on,. But what is even more disheartening is the way charlatans are received by the very audience they targetied for deception! Often it appears like some kind of cultural ritual that has gone on between such groups forever because theur behavior toward the other is nothing less than a ritual of reciprocating lies and self-delusding afformations by the other appearung almost as thanks for allowing the original lie to get throiugh,
Achhh! It's difficult to express, so instead Ill use an anecdote to paint the basic flavour of what I meant.
First, the axiom I spoke of earlier proceeds as: "If one needs to make things up in order to advance a certain point of view they wish to impress on the other... it at least has always struck me as being a POV no-one would even want to promote in the first place. It should be immediately dropped, no matter who told it to you or how long you've held it dear, and a search for one whose selling points become immediately clear and plentiful in number will replace it."
And why I brought that up is what I noticed in your efforts to turn Obama into a racist you deliberately left out his full statement regarding his description of his own mother all those years ago.,
He didn't just say she was "a typical white woman" then leave it at that., but in fact what she said was ""she ws a typical white woman of her times' .
This complete statement inferrs that at that point in history it was nit at all unusual or atypical to view blacks field-hands as little more than what they in fact were ! A steps above property, but still not masters of their own domain,
Had she said something very much different then we would indeed be engaged in celebrating a very remarkable woman instead of making a point that really should not have been neccesary to make in the first place,
So. She was a typical white woman of that day and age., And therefore Obamas description of her falls short in no way whatsoever. Thus your assertion... one made on manufactured evidence at that, remains the only evidence left to explain the motuve behind introduces a claim that...under very simlar though changed roles between us...could have found us all witnessing an arrest of someone who would be arraigned on some very serious charges indeed. (certainly if it were in my jurisdictiom).
