nostalgia set in........

this book brought back memories of my younger years of sitting on the porch in ole hard times mississippi, sometimes in solitude listening to the whispering pines, sometimes wondering what black folks were talking about or doing on their porch down the road, (i'm white and was'nt allowed to go visit but would sneak away and go eat with them when my folks were gone). Life has taken me far away from there long ago, but sometimes even now I would like to sit on the porch in solitude and listen to the pines, pray, and focus on my relationship with God and my family. Thanks to your sons and you for a beautiful read.
